Welcome to our blog. We have just really started getting into our new business. We knew when we started that it would take additional time but we have we been surprised. My wife and I both have full time jobs and are trying to make our new venture a success as well. I get up and out at 4:30AM and arrive at the train station at 5:30AM. I arrive at work at 6:00AM, work at my desk all day as a full time banker and then catch the 4:40PM train home. I go to the gym for an hour and get home by 6:30PM. My wife is normally home by 6:30 and we go for a 30 minute walk. Then we have a light dinner together and she goes to our home office about 7:30 and I stay to work at the desk in our den. The wife gets up at 6:30AM and heads off on her 45 mile commute at 7:30AM She works until 5:00 and starts the 45 mile drive home. She is normally home by 6:30. After our walk and dinner she works in the home office until 12:00. As you can see we are both putting in our 18 hour days during the work week. Sure glad our three kids are all grown and gone. On Saturday morning we leave the house around 7:30 headed to the estate sales and we are normally back home by 2:30. We normally spend the rest of the day getting the items we purchased ready for the E-Bay auction or to put on our web site. We only work a half of day on Sunday as I have to watch the Cowboys! |

My wife and I set up this website to help small businesses owners get their own website and to supply help and business supplies for their new business as well. We also have a consumer sales website where we sell everything from vintage salt and pepper shakers to toys. We have had a real learning experience tracking down vintage or collectable items. Our research work on vintage or collectable items has been extremely educational and a lot of fun. With all of the bad news on the economy right now we had to ask ourselves if we went into business at the wrong time. You can see our thoughts in the flollowing blog. http://wwwdealsandmorenowcom-lynn.blogspot.com/ We have both been involved with the financing of small business or the auditing and managing of small business our entire 40 year working career. However, this is our first business venture or should I say "adventure". http://wwwfreewebsite4unowcom.blogspot.com/ Just to make sure we filled up almost every hour of the day and most of the night we also have the following website to keep up with also: http://my.tupperware.com/whetsc
